She holds a Master’s in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge International Business School, is a Senior Practitioner accredited by the EMCC, a Results Certified Coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute, and a certified Hogan Assessor. Her coaching approach is grounded in both rigorous academic training and real-world leadership insight.

From Corporate Boardrooms to Coaching Breakthroughs: Silvia’s Story
Born just outside Milan, Silvia’s love for communication and learning began early. She studied classical languages—Ancient Greek and Latin—at A-level, a path that shaped her analytical thinking and passion for meaning.
In her twenties, she moved to London and launched a 20-year career in global organizations. She held senior roles in industries as diverse as insurance, advertising, investment banking, and consulting—each teaching her about leadership, ambition, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
Along the way, she found herself drawn to coaching literature, psychology, and personal growth. Books on human potential became her guide through transitions—personally and professionally.
In 2010, while balancing life as a working mother in Vienna, she began formally exploring coaching, eventually earning certifications in Neuroleadership coaching, NLP, and Hogan Assessments. A move to Dubai and continued senior leadership roles deepened her resolve to help others grow with intention and self-awareness.
In the years that followed, Silvia trained with Hult Ashridge, completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Team Coaching, a Diploma in Executive Coaching, and finally a Master’s in 2024.
Today, as the founder of bCoached, Silvia empowers leaders and teams to:
