The main focus of the coaching relationship is what professional coaches often call the “client’s agenda”. By the “client’s agenda”, we mean the professional and personal challenges the client is facing and presenting during the conversations, the questions the client is seeking answers to and the solutions they are looking to uncover.
Indeed, the coaching conversations are entirely dedicated to the client, their thinking, perspectives, aspirations, and objectives. The client is given absolute priority and is the one who decides on the topics which are dear to their heart and are to be taken forward in the coaching conversations. Step 1: Complimentary Chemistry meeting with the coach
We begin with a 30-minute chemistry call to get to know each other, understand your challenges, and context. This helps both parties ensure the right fit and is a chance for you to explore coaching and ask questions.
Step 2: Contracting and Goal Setting
We formalize the coaching agreement with your chosen coach and define clear, measurable outcomes based on your needs and priorities. Together, we create a safe, focused space for your development. We discuss the format, frequency, and scope of the coaching engagement.
Step 3: Hogan Assessments
As part of your coaching engagement, we offer the opportunity to take the Hogan Assessments to gain deep insight into your leadership strengths, potential derailers, and values.
This powerful diagnostic tool helps you explore how your personality impacts your leadership style, relationships, and decision-making under pressure.
Together , we review your Hogan profile and integrate the insights into your development goals, so that your growth is not only intentional—but also deeply aligned with who you are.
Step 4: 6 Strategic coaching sessions
We continue with a series of six coaching sessions wher we explore in full confidentiality your mindset, behavior, and real-time situations. You’ll gain insights and test strategies between sessions to embed learning. At the end of the six sessions, we evaluate progress and reflect on your growth.
